Do you allow pets?
No, we do not allow pets at our property.
What’s included in the kitchens (all cabins)?
Kitchens include kitchen sink, stove, burners, refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, and wine opener.
Do you have outdoor grills?
Yes, we have 2-propane grills.
Do you have indoor fireplaces?
Cabin 2 & 4 have wood-burning fireplaces and Cabin 8 has a wood-burning stove (bring your own firewood or you can buy it at Ray’s Food Place).
Do you have outdoor fire pits?
No, we do not have fire pits nor do we allow guests to bring their own. Due to the county regulations, we are not allowed to have outdoor fires at our lodge.
Do you have a pool or hot tub?
No, we do not have a pool or a hot tub.
Do you have EV charging stations?
No, we do not have EV charging stations, nor do we allow guests to use an extension cord to charge their vehicles at our property.
Do you have a front desk and how do I check-in?
No, we do not have a front desk. We are a contactless, check-in and check-out lodge. You will be sent check-in details via the online travel agency you booked with or via email and text message.
Do you have a guest laundry room?
Yes, we do have a guest laundry room.
How do I check road conditions?
You can check road conditions at the California Department of Transportation Map.
How do you handle snow removal?
Mt Shasta clears public roads, our parking lots are plowed, and walkways are shoveled. We also provide shovels and ice-melt for guest use.
